Return Policy

As our products fall under the food category, we do not offer returns once the item has been delivered. We prioritize hygiene and safety, and returned food products cannot be accepted back into our system.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not have a replacement or exchange policy. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help. You can request for refund or replacement within 1-2 days

Please send photographs of the affected items to us at customercare@kathakalifoods.co.in for further assistance. Our team will review and address such concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Once a replacement or exchanged is approved we will deliver within 4-5 days

Refunds

In rare cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it yet, kindly reach out to us at customercare@kathakalifoods.co.in.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly encourage thoughtful purchases, but we understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us with your order ID within 3 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations cannot be processed beyond this window as your order may already be in the processing or shipping stage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 12–24 hours of placement. Orders are delivered on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

Major cities: Delivery within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
Other regions: Delivery within 3–6 business days, depending on location, via India Post

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected logistical delays may occur. In such rare cases, Kathakali Foods reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
